"Goatweed"

/bio

A Pensacola, FL navy-borne mutt of 1987, L. Finn Heit (signed "Goatweed") is a lover of black & whites, Angry Orchard cider, Great White sharks, passionate kisses, tight hugs, and a whole lot of sketching what comes to mind at any given time.

Having developed his own personal style over the years, borrowing occasionally from illustrators such as Tony Moore, Jamie Hewlett, and Brian Froud, GW has received no formal training outside of a seasonal cartooning stint at LMC of CA. Anticipated is an upcoming education in the art of inking the skin through B. Devoid of Desert Shaman Tattoo. While also suffering from scoliosis, GW buries the pain in conceptual art, and feels that there is a definite awakening in mental power when one utilizes creative expression.

Currently located in the sweltering southwest, GW resides in Tucson, AZ with his best friend and several owned or fostered animals, including Nigerian dwarf goats, Paddington the Shepard-mix puppy, and what might be a sentient pile of dirty laundry (not a pet).

If GW has learned anything in life, it's that laundry day is a very dangerous day.
